About GameCrew

GameCrew is a youth baseball scheduling and volunteer coordination service. It helps leagues organize games, umpire assignments, concessions shifts, Open / Close shifts, and other game-day responsibilities.

Information we collect

GameCrew may collect information such as:

• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Your league membership and volunteer participation information.
• Game, assignment, shift, claim, cancellation, and related activity within the service.
• Basic account and technical information needed to authenticate users, secure the service, and troubleshoot problems.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, confirm league access, display schedules and assignments, coordinate volunteers, maintain assignment history, protect the service, provide support, and send service-related notifications.

Notifications

GameCrew currently uses email for service-related notifications, including certain assignment confirmations, removals, changes, and reminders.

GameCrew may later offer optional transactional text messages about assignments and volunteer shifts. If offered, SMS consent will be voluntary and collected explicitly. Consent to receive text messages will not be required to create an account or participate in GameCrew. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. No marketing text messages are planned under this program.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Service providers may process information only as needed to operate, host, secure, maintain, or deliver GameCrew and its service-related communications. They are not authorized by GameCrew to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Security

GameCrew uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

GameCrew retains information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain league and assignment history, address security or support issues, and meet applicable obligations. Records may remain after an assignment or shift ends when needed to preserve accurate operational history.

Your choices

You may choose whether to opt in to any future SMS notification feature. If transactional SMS is offered and you opt in, you may opt out by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not prevent you from using GameCrew, and it will not erase historical assignment or consent records that GameCrew reasonably needs to retain.
